Role
Sentinel substrate for signals-protocol process coordination:
- Thin agents that represent host gRPC engines / agents to a control plane
- C2 — agent HTTP to the Signals C2 server; C2 calls
Engine/Yield - YK Application — the sentinel is the admitted workload
- Metrics / OTel for activity truth (NiFi canvas later, not in signals-ui)
Host engines remain the execution plane. Product target is K8s-first (system-wide RKE2)—not a host-only MiNiFi deployment:
